The theme started out as polka dots but then grew into polka dots and flowers. I made a bunch of tissue paper flowers to put everywhere, we're talking everywhere even on Edward's deer. Really wish I would have gotten more pictures of the set up and how everything looked as a finished product. We had a candy bar, with a bunch of different candies on it and some snacks. I made all three cakes for the party, one was chocolate peanut butter and the second one was yellow cake with butter cream fondant on it. I actually didn't do that part, Edward put the fondant on for me because I knew he would do it perfect (never going to do a cake off with him because I know he will win). The third cake was Ella's little smash cake and that was just yellow cake with pink butter cream frosting. I wanted to make the cakes taste good to other people not just me so I didn't make healthy cakes like I wanted. I did sneak some white wheat into them, no one knew. In the end, I think it was a good time had by all! Here are some pictures from Ella's 1st birthday (can't believe she's one now.)

Ella's First Birthday
Wow...so glad that her first birthday party is over with. Not that I am glad that she is one now (which is hard to believe that a year has past) but the stress is gone. I wanted everything to be perfect for her first birthday.
